Saccharin (1,1-dioxo-1,2-benzothiazol-3-one) is the most commonly used accelerator in anaerobic adhesives. Saccharin (Benzoic sulfimide) is used in the manufacture of plating agents and surface treating agents, agricultural products (non-pesticide), paints and coatings and plastic and rubber products.
